- Dry White Wine - 12 fl oz
- Sherry - 2 fl oz
- Honey - 1.3 oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Grapefruits - 6 pieces
- Orange Candies - 3 pieces
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, heat the white wine, sherry, honey, and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Pour the syrup into a bowl and cool.
Step 2
Peel the grapefruits and oranges, removing the skin and white membranes. Carefully cut out the segments with a sharp knife. Cut the pomegranate in half and extract the seeds.
Step 3
In 6 dessert bowls or glasses, arrange the citrus segments and pomegranate seeds, then drizzle with the syrup. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 15 minutes to 1 hour. Before serving, stir the compote.
