Ingredients

  • Butter - 2.8 oz
  • "Jubilee Cookies" - 10.6 oz
  • Whole egg - 3 pieces
  • Condensed Milk - 14.1 oz
  • Lemon - ½ pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the cookies in a couple of bags and crush them into a coarse crumb.

Step 2

Add finely chopped and very cold butter to the cookie dough and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Spread the resulting mixture into a baking dish and shape the edges to a height of about 2 centimeters. The dough should be distributed as evenly as possible. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.

Step 4

While the base is baking, let's prepare the filling. For this, beat the egg yolks and add sweetened condensed milk. Continue beating and add the juice of half a lemon.

Step 5

Remove the dish from the oven, and spread the filling over the base. Distribute it evenly and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and decorate with berries, fruits, or whipped cream to your liking.
