- Garlic - 2 cloves

- Oyster Mushrooms - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Shimeji mushrooms - 6 pieces
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the rice with chicken broth and let it simmer over low heat.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Sauté the chicken cut into strips until browned. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, and finely chopped garlic. Stir-fry and then add sugar and black pepper.
Step 3
Add the shiitake mushrooms and turn off the heat.

Mix the rice porridge with chicken and add green onions.
