- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.8 oz
- White Chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Pastry decorations - to taste

Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies and cream cheese. Blend everything thoroughly with a mixer on low speed (you can also do this by hand). Form the mixture into balls the size of walnuts.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Dip the prepared chocolate balls into the melted chocolate, gently shake off the excess, and place them on the baking sheet. If desired, decorate with sprinkles and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
