Ingredients
- Almond Candy Coating - 12.3 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 4.4 oz
- Brandy - 4 tablespoons
- Amaretto Liqueur - 4 tablespoons
- Cider - 3 tablespoons
- Cream - 14 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the cream. Mix the brandy with the liqueur and cider.
Step 2
Dip each cookie into the alcohol mixture, then into the chocolate, and place them at the bottom of the dessert dish. Cover each layer with chocolate cream.
Step 3
Place the finished dessert under a press overnight in the refrigerator.
