Description
When placing the cookies, keep them spaced apart, as they will expand and may stick together.
Ingredients
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- M&M's candies - 7.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until a soft, homogeneous mass is obtained. Add vanilla, mix. Add the eggs, mix. Add the sifted flour along with the baking soda and salt. Mix the mass well. Add half of the M&M’s, leaving the other half for decorating the cookies.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (do not grease!). Wet a spoon and your hands with water, take a small amount of dough and form small round cookies. Decorate the cookies with the remaining candies.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20–25 minutes.
