Cookies with Chocolate Chips and M&M's
Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1½ cups
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- M&M's candies - to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time.
Step 2
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients: vanilla sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and flour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 338°F (340 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4
Add the broken chocolate and M&M's to the mixture. You can divide the dough into 2 parts to make different cookies, or simply mix everything together.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
