Ingredients

  • Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Dried Apricots - 5.3 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the eggs, and mix until smooth.

Step 2

Add the cranberries and the fig, chopped into small pieces.

Step 3

Add the baking powder and flour, and knead the dough.

Step 4

Grease a baking sheet with butter or line it with parchment paper. Form small patties from the dough and place them on the baking sheet. Put in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the size of the cookies.
