Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate - 1 piece
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Cocoa Powder - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, beat with powdered sugar, and add salt. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 2
Add the beaten egg yolks and mix.
Step 3
Add cocoa powder and flour.
Step 4
Knead the dough until smooth, break the chocolate into small pieces, cut the banana into small pieces, and add to the dough. Place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Grease the baking paper with butter.
Step 6
Roll out the dough and shape (cut out) round cookies.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 8
Place the cookies on the paper and bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes.
