- Butter - 10.9 oz
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 6.5 oz
- Custard - 60 teaspoons
- Passion Fruit - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat 250 grams of softened butter and 40 grams of powdered sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Sift the flour and custard concentrate and add to the butter mixture. Mix well.
Step 2
Roll the dough into 28 balls, about 1 tablespoon of dough each, and place them on the baking sheet. Slightly press down with a fork.
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes until golden. Let cool on the baking sheet.
Step 4
For the filling, beat the remaining butter and powdered sugar until creamy, then add the passion fruit pulp and mix well. Spread the filling on half of the cookies and top with the remaining cookies. Refrigerate for a while.
