Cookies with Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Raspberry gin - 1 jar
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Using a wooden spoon, cream the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Add the eggs and flour, mix the dough by hand, and form it into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 3
Roll out to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out cookies with a cookie cutter, and cut holes in half of the cookies using a smaller cutter.
Step 4
Bake for 8–10 minutes at 356°F. Spread jam on the cooled cookies without holes, and place the cookies with holes on top. Dust with powdered sugar.
