Description
The cookies can be stored in a tin box.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Sheridan's Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 0.4 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 12.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with sugar and salt until creamy. Add the liqueur, milk, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Add the two yolks and a little flour (to prevent the dough from separating). Mix well.
Step 3
Add the remaining flour with the baking powder and knead into a smooth, soft dough. The dough should be soft, pliable, and not stick to your hands. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
Step 4
Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a glass. Use a lid from vegetable oil or a soda bottle to make a smaller circle imprint in the center.
Step 5
Make holes with a cocktail straw. You can make four or two.
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and send to a preheated oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the cookies turn golden. It all depends on your oven.
