- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 7.8 oz
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Pistachios - 2.8 oz
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Dried Barberry - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar using a mixer until fluffy. Then mix in the milk and flour. Knead the dough. Add the nuts, blueberries, and chopped chocolate. Mix well and, using a dessert spoon, roll into balls. Place on the baking sheets, leaving 5 cm between each. Flatten each ball with a fork to a thickness of 1 cm.
Step 3
Bake the cookies for 10-14 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet and transfer to a plate.
