Description

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1½ glasses
- Ground coriander - 2½ spoons
- Baking Powder - 1½ spoons
- Salt - ¾ spoons
- Cilantro - ½ bunches
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Yogurt powder - ¾ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour, coriander, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Pour in the yogurt, add the finely chopped cilantro, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Place it on a floured surface and knead for another minute.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll each portion into a ball, and flatten them into discs approximately 10 cm in diameter.
Step 4
Grill the flatbreads in a generously oiled grill pan. Each side will take about three minutes.
Step 5
You can also bake the flatbreads in an oven preheated to 428°F. They will be ready in three minutes.
