Ingredients
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Brandy - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Cream the softened butter with the egg yolks and sugar. Gradually add the mixture of corn flour and wheat flour, then add the brandy. Next, incorporate the ground almonds and lemon zest. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Place the dough in a springform pan that has been greased and dusted with flour.
Step 4
Bake the pie for about 1 hour.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar.
