Corn cookies with almonds

Ingredients

  • Corn Flour for Polenta - 5.3 oz
  • Walnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Almond - 1.8 oz
  • Peanut Sprouts - 1.8 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz
  • Fig - 1.8 oz
  • Jerusalem Artichoke - 1 fl oz
  • Grapeseed Oil - 2 spoons
  • Water - ½ glasses
  • Baking Powder - ⅓ spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the nuts in a blender or with a knife. Add the flour, raisins, chopped or ground figs, flax seeds, and sesame seeds, syrup or sugar, oil, water, and baking soda or baking powder.

Step 2

Knead the dough.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 320°F.

Step 4

Scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet using a tablespoon, shape it into any form you like, and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Let it cool and serve with ginger tea or milk.
