  • Ground Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
  • Honey - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 302°F.

Step 2

Beat the egg yolks with softened butter and sugar.

Step 3

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the butter mixture. Gradually add the flour and cinnamon.

Step 4

Knead the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 6

Cut the warm soft cake into pieces, prick with a fork, and brush with honey.
