  • Corn Flour for Polenta - 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Butter - 3.9 oz
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Fermented Milk - 1 cup
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Sausages - 10 pieces
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the butter with the sugar.

Step 2

Add the eggs and sour milk.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: both types of flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 4

Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix well.

Step 5

Cut the sausages into portions for each corn dog muffin.

Step 6

In the molds of your choice, distribute the batter, then slightly push the sausage into the batter.

Step 7

Bake in the oven at 356°F until the batter is cooked through. Test with a toothpick.
