  • Turnips - 5.3 oz
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Shortcrust Cake Mix - 17.6 oz
  • Veal Tenderloin - 10.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Roll out the pastry and cut into 4 circles with a diameter of 18 centimeters. Mix the meat, finely chopped onion, and turnip with water. Add salt and pepper.

Step 2

Divide the filling among the circles, brush the edges with egg, and seal. Leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 356°F and bake for another 45 minutes.
