- Coarse Cornmeal - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Oat flakes - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 1.8 oz
- Prunes - 3.5 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 0.4 oz
- Flaxseeds - 0.4 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Vanilla salt - 1.8 oz
- Nutmeg - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a water bath, mix with vanilla sugar, add honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground walnuts, and flax seeds.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, whole wheat flour, and oat flour, add a little warm water and the egg, and mix well.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures, add cocoa powder, chopped prunes, and mix well until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 170–356°F, spoon the mixture (previously moistened in water) into separate pieces, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 20–30 minutes.
Step 5
Let cool and serve with tea, coffee, ice cream, or wine.
