- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste

In boiling salted water, gradually add the cornmeal while stirring and cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Pour in the boiling milk, add the sugar, put in the butter, stir, and continue to cook on low heat for another 15–20 minutes.
