- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix water with milk. Soak the gelatin in this mixture.
Step 2
Beat the cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Heat the milk mixture until the gelatin dissolves, while continuing to beat the cottage cheese, gradually pour in the slightly cooled milk-gelatin mixture. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Pour into dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
