- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Vanilla pudding mix - 2.8 oz
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 0.2 oz
- Semolina - 0.9 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- "Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar" - 4.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the apples (removing cores and skin) and cut them into large pieces. Grease a baking dish (25x30 cm) with butter and evenly arrange the apple pieces at the bottom.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg yolks, butter, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Add the baking powder mixed with the dry pudding and semolina, and mix well. Whip the egg whites into a thick foam, gradually adding the powdered sugar.
Step 3
Gently fold the whipped egg whites and raisins into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 4
Spread the mixture over the apples and place it in a preheated oven at 302°F (302 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
After baking, let the casserole cool slightly and serve warm.
