Description

Ingredients

  • Apple - 14.1 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
  • 33% Cream - 14.1 oz
  • Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Honey - 4 spoons
  • Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 2 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the apples into thin wedges.

Step 2

In a deep bowl, mix the cottage cheese, honey, sour cream, four eggs, lemon zest, and cinnamon.

Step 3

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface using a rolling pin dusted with flour. Grease a baking sheet with butter, lay the pastry on it, and spread the filling of sour cream and cottage cheese on top. Arrange the apple slices on the filling, placing them close together to create a sort of shell over the filling.

Step 4

Fold the edges of the dough to prevent the filling from leaking out. Sprinkle the apples with sugar. Beat the remaining egg and brush the entire pie with the egg wash. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 338°F and bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes.
