Cottage Cheese and Apple Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Green Apples - 3 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine 100 g of softened butter with 0.5 cups of sugar, mix, add the eggs and sour cream, and beat.
Step 2
Pour baking powder into a cup of flour, mix, and add the flour to the dough.
Step 3
Place the apples in a hot skillet, sprinkle with sugar, add cinnamon, and mix.
Step 4
After about 5–7 minutes, add the cottage cheese and mix again.
Step 5
Hold for another 2–3 minutes and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
Step 6
Line the bottom of the pie dish with parchment paper, then spread a thin layer of dough.
Step 7
Top with the filling, gently pressing it into the crust.
Step 8
Sprinkle the top of the pie with crumbs made from 0.5 cups of sugar, 50 g of butter, and 0.5 cups of flour.
Step 9
Bake the pie at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
