Ingredients
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 4 spoons
- 10% cream - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the butter into cubes. Sprinkle the flour over the butter and chop with a knife until the mixture is uniform. Place the dough into a mold, add an egg, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and sour cream. Mix well. Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Slice the banana into rounds.
Step 3
Heat a skillet and add the fruits. Add 30 grams of butter and stir until it melts. Add 3-4 tablespoons of syrup and simmer the fruits in it for about 5 minutes. Finally, when you remove it from the heat, add cinnamon and mix everything together.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 392°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and cream, and beat well with a mixer until smooth. The cheese mixture should be liquid.
Step 5
Grease the baking pan with butter and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Evenly spread the dough across the pan by hand.
Step 6
Spread the fruit topping over the dough and place it in the oven for 10 minutes. When the edges of the pie become slightly golden, remove it from the oven and pour in the cheese mixture. Then return it to the oven for another 20 minutes.
