I used 0.1% cottage cheese from 'Village House' 1 piece approximately 70 g Calories 85.76 kcal.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 6 oz
- Honey - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Yubileynoye Cookies - 3.5 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the apple on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese, egg, and apple (stir with a fork), add a spoonful of honey and cinnamon.
Step 3
Crush the cookies in a blender.
Step 4
Place the cottage cheese mixture into microwave-safe baking molds (I used silicone molds).
Step 5
Sprinkle the crushed cookies on top so that they cover the entire cottage cheese mixture tightly, forming a solid layer (this layer will become the base after baking).
Step 6
Cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes (depending on the power).
Step 7
For a couple of minutes, finish in the oven (or immediately, I experimented).
Step 8
When a crust forms on the surface, it's ready.
