- Honey - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the cottage cheese and yogurt with sugar, add the eggs, and beat again.
Step 2
Add the flour and mix.
Step 3
Add banana puree to the cottage cheese-yogurt mixture and beat everything together.
Step 4
Thaw the cherries, drain the juice, and add to the batter.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for about 1 hour in a water bath.
Step 6
Cool the finished pie (it’s better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight).
