Description
To make the dessert even lighter, you can use only the egg white from 1 egg and add 1 tablespoon of oat bran. Pears also work well in addition to bananas. If you make more layers, you can add a nut layer. I prefer stevia — a natural sugar substitute.
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Semolina - 1½ tablespoons
- Beans - 1 piece
- Desiccated coconut - to taste
- Sugar Substitute - 6 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the semolina with a small amount of warm water, previously dissolving the sugar substitute in it.
Step 2
After 5 minutes, mix the semolina with the cottage cheese and egg.
Step 3
Slice the banana.
Step 4
Place 1 layer in the mold, arrange the bananas, pour in the 2nd layer, and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Step 5
Place the mold in the steamer for 30–40 minutes.
Step 6
The soufflé will not crumble and will not sink if you let it cool.
