Description
For preparing this breakfast, you can use both fresh and frozen berries and fruits. You can also prepare yogurts. The toppings can be absolutely anything. I use chocolate, marshmallows, cookies, wafers, honey, and syrups. If I want to make something healthier, I stick to fruits, nuts, and oatmeal.
Ingredients
- Nuts - 0.7 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Vanilla Biscotti - 3 pieces
- Caramel Syrup - to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate - 0.4 oz
- Muesli - 1.4 oz
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Fresh Berries - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Set aside a few berries for decoration.
Step 2
Blend the cottage cheese with the fruits in a blender until smooth.
Step 3
Finely chop the chocolate and mix it in.
Step 4
Place broken biscotti pieces at the bottom of serving dishes and top with the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 5
Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts and muesli.
Step 6
Garnish with berries and chocolate syrup.
