  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Egg white - 3 pieces
  • Semolina - 1.8 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 2.5 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh Berries - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, add cottage cheese, semolina, and baking powder to the yolks, and mix everything together. Then add sugar and softened butter, and mix again.

Step 2

Whip the chilled egg whites into a stiff foam, gradually adding powdered sugar. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture using a whisk.

Step 3

Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture into a baking dish, then add the berries, and top with the remaining cottage cheese mixture, smoothing it out.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 356°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Allow the casserole to cool slightly and serve warm.
