Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Gelatin - 1.1 oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with sugar (sugar can be adjusted to taste).
Step 2
Mix the sour cream with sugar.
Step 3
Wash the fruits and place them at the bottom of the mold (any berries, bananas, peaches, whatever you like).
Step 4
Prepare the gelatin (according to the instructions on the package).
Step 5
Combine the cottage cheese and sour cream and mix — it will become a liquid mixture. You can blend it for a more uniform consistency.
Step 6
Slowly pour the gelatin into the cottage cheese and sour cream mixture. Stir well.
Step 7
Cover all the fruits with the mixture (evenly).
Step 8
Place in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
Step 9
Remove, cut into serving pieces, and serve with fruits.
