  • Whole egg - 5 pieces
  • Egg white - 3 pieces
  • Brown Sugar - 4.2 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 5.6 oz
  • Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • 1% Kefir - 0 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Cottage cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the sugar, yolks, and whites with a mixer on high speed until the mixture increases in volume (about 10 minutes).

Step 2

Add the ingredients to the egg mixture in the following order, mixing with a wooden spoon: flour with baking powder, milk, vegetable oil.

Step 3

Pour the batter into a non-stick baking pan and place it in a preheated oven at 365°F on the middle rack until the cake rises and is baked through (about 40 minutes). Remove from the oven and let cool.

Step 4

Once completely cooled, slice the cake horizontally and layer it with cottage cheese cream. Decorate the top with cream and grated cheddar.
