- Puff Pastry - 10.6 oz
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Rum - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lay the pastry in the mold, slightly folding the edges over the sides of the mold.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, and cream. Add the rum and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the filling into the pastry-lined mold. Place in a preheated oven at 338°F. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
The finished pie can be decorated with chocolate sauce or melted sugar. Sprinkle with almond flakes on top.
