Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Potato protein - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - 10 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites, beat the whites with 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Beat the yolks separately.
Step 2
Sift the flour and starch into the egg whites in portions, gently but thoroughly mixing.
Step 3
Add the yolks to the egg white mixture and mix. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake at 356°F for 8–10 minutes. Remove and, while hot, roll it up with the help of a towel. Let it cool.
Step 4
Make the cream. For this, thoroughly mash the cottage cheese with the remaining powdered sugar and add the chopped dried apricots.
Step 5
When the sponge cools, unroll it and spread the cream on top. Roll it up again. Trim any uneven edges.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the roll. Allow the chocolate to set and serve.
