- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 17.6 oz
- Yogurt powder - 5 fl oz
- Semolina - 6 tablespoons
- Sugar - 6 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Cream - to taste
- Donut Peaches - 3.5 oz
- Strawberry - to taste
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
In a blender, mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, and semolina. Add the eggs, sugar, low-fat cream, and baking powder. Grate the orange zest finely and add it to the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Line a round springform pan with parchment paper, pour in the cottage cheese mixture, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, chop the fruits and berries, and after 10 minutes, take the cottage cheese base out of the oven, top it with the fruits, drizzle with honey, and return it to the oven for another 30 minutes.
