Description
For me, delicious cottage cheese can either be completely fat-free or have a fat content of two percent. Other fat content options remind me of butter in my mouth and give me the feeling of something terribly harmful to my figure. Moreover, experience shows that fat-free cottage cheese tends to have fewer lumps. It just so happens that I often have a jar of pureed feijoa or black currant at home. Therefore, I have become accustomed to their flavors. But sometimes blueberry or strawberry jam makes an appearance, and I add a little on top; otherwise, it will be too sweet. And if there are strawberries, then definitely add those too. As for prunes: having them at the bottom of the bowl is very important. You can't imagine how delightful it is to unexpectedly discover them in a spoonful of cottage cheese drizzled with honey right in your mouth! And of course, my favorite cup of coffee. I won’t even mention that it should be made from natural beans.
