- Wheat Flour - 12.7 oz
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix - to taste
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 7.1 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, margarine, sugar (80 g), 2 egg yolks, lemon zest, and salt.
Step 2
Place two-thirds of the prepared dough as a layer on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Prepare the filling from cottage cheese, 2 egg yolks, 4 egg whites (previously whipped with a blender), vanilla sugar (can be replaced with regular sugar and add a bit of vanilla separately), and raisins.
Step 4
Roll out the remaining dough into a thin layer, cut into strips 1 cm wide, and place on top of the filling in a lattice pattern.
Step 5
Bake the pie in a preheated oven.
