- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Vanilla salt - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water or milk and leave for 1–2 hours until it swells.
Step 2
Heat the swollen gelatin until completely dissolved, but do not boil.
Step 3
Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the hot gelatin solution and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, then add the sour cream.
Step 4
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a meat grinder, mix it with the sour cream and gelatin mixture, and stir well until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the resulting mixture into prepared molds with a thickness of 1–3 cm and place in a cool place until set.
Step 6
Cut the set dessert into portions and decorate with fresh fruits or sprinkle with grated chocolate.
