- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- 20% Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Yubileynoye Cookies - 1.8 oz
- Peeled chestnuts - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and sugar in a blender, and blend until very soft and smooth.
Step 2
Crush the walnuts into small pieces, not into dust.
Step 3
Add half of the walnuts to the cottage cheese mixture and stir. Sprinkle the remaining half on top.
Step 4
Crumble a few pieces of Yubileynoe cookies and sprinkle on top. Use the amount of cookies to taste.
