Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Coconut flakes - 1.8 oz
  • Whole egg - 6 pieces
  • Egg white - 4 pieces
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
  • Starch film - 5 teaspoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Baking Powder - a pinch
  • Vanilla salt - 2.1 oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Milk - 5 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 6 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preparation of cottage cheese balls: Combine cottage cheese (250 grams), sugar (50 grams), shredded coconut (50 grams), starch (3 tablespoons, leveled), and egg yolks (2) until smooth. Form balls using wet hands.

Step 2

Chocolate batter: Whisk the egg yolks (4) with sugar (30 grams) and vanilla sugar (2 packets) until light and smooth. Add melted chocolate (50 grams) and combine. Sift together the flour (2 tablespoons), cornstarch (2 tablespoons), baking powder, cocoa powder (3 tablespoons), and salt, and fold into the egg-chocolate mixture. Beat the egg whites (4) with sugar (30 grams) until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture in three additions, using a spatula and making gentle folding motions from top to bottom to combine.

Step 3

Glaze: In a small saucepan, melt 100 grams of butter, add 5 tablespoons of milk, 6 tablespoons of sugar, and 5 tablespoons of cocoa. Bring to a boil until the mixture starts to thicken.

Step 4

Bake for 40 minutes at 356°F. Drizzle the finished cake with glaze.
