- Cottage cheese - 12.3 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Grapefruits - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of warm milk and leave it until it swells. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve (or mash it in a mortar or blend it in a blender). I decided to complicate my life a bit, so I went with the sieve)))
Step 3
After that, thoroughly mix it with sugar and sour cream. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add more sugar.
Step 4
Take the remaining milk (50 ml), heat it but do not boil, and then slowly pour in the milk with the swollen gelatin while stirring. If there are any lumps of gelatin left, put the mixture in the microwave for about 30 seconds at medium power.
Step 5
Cottage Cheese Banana Blancmange ingredients: mix the cottage cheese with the gelatin.
Step 6
Finely chop the bananas and mix them with the cottage cheese mixture. You can add whatever you like — for example, canned pineapples. Just make sure there isn't too much liquid.
Step 7
Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours until set. A delicious, healthy, and light dessert is ready!
