- Bananas - 1 piece
- Poppy seed paste - to taste
- Oat flakes - 3.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - to taste
- Desiccated coconut - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the cottage cheese and banana together until smooth.

Add the oat flakes (the flakes should be coarsely ground) and knead the dough by hand.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Form balls, roll them in poppy seeds, nuts, or coconut, slightly flatten them, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake the cookies for 12–15 minutes.
