Description

  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Bananas - 1 piece
  • Cottage cheese - 7.8 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Oats - 0.7 oz
  • Sugar Substitute - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the yolk from the white. Mix the yolk with the cottage cheese, banana, sugar substitute, baking powder, and ground oats. Whip the egg white with a mixer until frothy, carefully fold it into the dough, and mix.

Step 2

Bake on parchment for about 15–20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes in the oven.
