  • Fat-Free Dry Milk - 1 tablespoon
  • Blueberries - to taste
  • Nuts - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whisk together milk, egg, bran, cocoa, baking powder, vanillin, and sugar substitute with a mixer, pour into a mold, and microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool.

Step 2

Blend half a pack of cottage cheese with milk, sweeten, add vanillin, and a tablespoon of dry fat-free milk for creaminess.

Step 3
