- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 3.5 oz
- 1% Kefir - 1 fl oz
- Pitted Wild Apricots - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with the kefir. Slightly mash the cottage cheese.
Step 2
Place the frozen cherries in cold water for 1-2 minutes. Remove the cherries from the pits. Then blend them. Add to the cottage cheese with kefir.
Step 3
Soak the prunes in hot water. Cut into small pieces and add to the mixture. A healthy and delicious breakfast is ready.
