Description
You can replace blackcurrants with any other berries or bananas. I prefer whole berries, but you can also blend the cottage cheese mixture for a smooth consistency.

- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Frozen black currant puree - 5.3 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath until smooth.
Step 2
Combine the flour and cocoa powder, and mix well.
Step 3
Whisk 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar until the mixture lightens in color.
Step 4
Add the chocolate mixture and the flour-cocoa mixture to the eggs and mix well. The batter for the bottom layer is ready.
Step 5
Combine the blackcurrants, cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and yogurt, and blend until smooth.
Step 6
In a greased baking dish, layer the chocolate batter.
Step 7
Pour the cottage cheese mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
