Ingredients
- Soft Low-Fat Cottage Cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 3 pieces
- Cane Sugar - to taste
- Rice Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Shredded Coconut - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Fresh Berries - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix the cottage cheese, flour, sugar (if needed), 2 eggs + 1 egg white.
Step 2
Add the baking powder and knead the dough until smooth. The dough should be soft and lump-free.
Step 3
Roll the dough into balls, making an indentation in the center of each ball and hiding the berries inside.
Step 4
Roll the balls in shredded coconut and brush with egg yolk.
Step 5
Place the prepared buns on a baking sheet greased with olive oil. Bake at 302°F for about 40–50 minutes.
