- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Frozen black currant puree - 1.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Raisins - 1.8 oz

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Cream the butter with sugar, then add the baking soda.

Crack the egg into the mixture and beat well. Add the cottage cheese, mix, sift in the flour, and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Sprinkle the black currants with a little sugar (they can be fresh or frozen), soak the raisins in boiling water for a couple of minutes, add them to the batter, and gently mix.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 25–35 minutes at 392°F.
