  • Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Peeled chestnuts - 4 pieces
  • Black Currant Jam - 3 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 3 tablespoons
  • Frozen black currant puree - 5.3 oz
  • Semolina - 5 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the sour cream and cottage cheese until smooth.

Step 2

Add the black currants and black currant jam.

Step 3

Add the semolina and crushed walnuts.

Step 4

Line the baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and spread it evenly.

Step 5

Sprinkle some crushed walnuts on top, add a few generous spoonfuls of jam, and place a few whole walnuts for decoration.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 40 minutes until golden brown.
